It's Training Time!

We’ve just had our first training camp of the season (at White Waltham airfield in Berkshire) and my word are we exhausted. We’ve been training with Romain, our new coach, and boy has he worked us hard. The weather has mostly played ball, although we've had some breezy conditions at times and a few showers to dodge.

It hit me how far we still had to go when he gave us a sequence with a wry smile ‘this is an easy one, just to start’ – it wasn’t very easy at all! In fact, it was probably as hard as the most difficult ones we had done last season! But we have learnt a lot, and I’m sure we’ll get there with some hard work and some patience from Romain. Bring on the next one.
